I first learned of the Chi Machine from my sister Dr. Libby, the Chiropractor. I’ve been using my Chi Machine for over 3years now and cannot live without it! Its very simple to use – Just lie on your back on the floor or a mat, place your ankles in the cradled footrest, turn on the timer, relax, and let the machine do the work.
