Natural Anti Aging Skin Care Recipes!
PLEASE NOTE: The following recipes are intended for a single application. Apply Masks to the face with your fingers in a circular motion or a clean fan brush or small paintbrush. Follow up treatments with your favorite moisturizer.
FOR DRY and AGING SKIN:
Whether your skin concerns are age spots, fine lines, and wrinkles, dryness, sagging skin, or a combination… Here are a few easy anti-aging skin care recipes that will help avoid and reverse indications of aging while assisting your aging pores and skin look healthy as well as radiant!

1 Medium Apple (grated into a fine pulp)

Mix ingredients and apply to face and throat. Leave on for 15-20 minutes. Wash with hot water, followed by a terrific rinse.
Apple Cider Vinegar Skin Toner
2 Tbsp. Apple Cider
1 Cup Pure Spring Water
Mix ingredients in a glass jar. Soak a cotton ball with toner and gently rub over the face, leaving the solution on the face. DO NOT rinse off. Use 1-3 times daily for acneic skin. Will last up to 2-3 months in the refrigerator.
FOR SENSITIVE SKIN:
Cucumber – Aloe Facial Mask
1/4 Cucumber (peeled and seeded)
2 Tbsp. Pure Aloe Vera Gel
1 Tbsp. Plain Yogurt
Puree cucumber in a blender. Blend in leftover ingredients as well as apply to encounter and tonsils. Leave on for 15-20 minutes. Wash with hot water, followed by a terrific rinse.
Sensitive Skin Exfoliant
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 T. Olive Oil
2-3 Tbsp. Milk (preferably whole milk)
Mix ingredients and gently massage into the skin in a circular motion. Wash with hot water, followed by a terrific rinse.
FOR ALL SKIN TYPES:
Pumpkin Enzyme Brightening Mask
1 Tbsp. Pumpkin Puree (cooked or canned without spices)
1 tsp. Honey
1 tsp. Milk (preferably whole milk)
Mix ingredients and gently massage into the skin in a circular motion. Rest or relax for 15-20 minutes. Wash with hot water, followed by a terrific rinse. NOTICE: This cover-up works well for almost all skin kinds, but functions especially nicely for boring looking skin!
Brown Sugar Body Scrub
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp. Oatmeal (uncooked)
1 Tbsp. Honey
1 tsp. Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
Grind oatmeal in blender or food processor until ground very fine. Mix all ingredients into a paste. Utilize while in the bath while pores and skin are damp. Massage within a circular movement with a clean cloth. Rinse off with warm water. (This exfoliating treatment scrub can also be used on the face and lips).
Green Tea Toner
1 Green Tea Bag
1Cup Pure Spring Water
Make 1 Cup of green tea, let steep for 10 minutes. Remove tea bag – let cool to room temperature. Mix with pure spring water. May store in a glass jar or spray bottle. Soak a cotton ball with the mixture and apply to the face or lightly mist with a spray bottle. Will last in the refrigerator for 1 week.
